Chenin Cottage

Maison Chenin is located in Franschhoek. One of the most beautiful and oldest villages in the West Cape surrounded by famous vineyards, nature and restaurants. The cottage is located 350 meters from the main road where the shops, art galleries and many restaurants are located. 

The cottage is 220 square/meters and offers room to 4 guests. There is a large living room with open kitchen, dining table and lounge area and cosy fireplace. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom including shower, bath, toilet and sink. There is one twin bedroom and one king bedroom. The house has a private pool and beautiful garden with covered terrace, outside terrace and lounge chairs and all other furniture needed to fully enjoy your stay. 

As you might know South Africa is dealing with load shedding which means there are hours during the day without electricity, however our house is supplied with batteries and a inverter to deal with this problem.
