Chalet Royal
Bed and Breakfast Chalet Royal is located at the water on the nature and water estate Trijntje Wiel and has its own private harbour. We offer various bed rooms, have a large boat jetty where guests can relax, lay on sun beds, swim or enjoy drinks.
We also have a tiny green house and pipo wagon where guests can sit to enjoy a drink or play a game inside. Friesland’s view is most beautiful from a boat on the water.
Please note that we only welcome kids above the age of 12.

Broek, Friesland
Broek is located 8 minutes from Joure which is famous for the Dutch company Douwe Egberts with its own tiny museum. Broek has many nice restaurants with great chefs and different cuisines. Please keep in mind to reserve since it is a popular place to visit. Moreover, there are many stores and shops. Broek is also 16 km from the city Heerenveen.
On the nature and water estate you are able to make beautiful hikes and enjoy the cattle, birds, all boats and the water.
Easiest is to travel to the B&B by boat or by car. If you come by boat, please let us know in advance so that we can assure there is a
spot available.
